We are a gym located in Arnprior, offering personal training and group training. We run adult strength classes, athlete strength and conditioning group classes for kids age 12-18 and we take entire sport teams.

West Carleton School of Performing Arts (WCSOPA) is a local performing arts school where children, youth and adults can learn, grow and express themselves through dance and the performing arts. We offer classes for ages 3 and up in a wide variety of styles including ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, musical theatre, acro, contemporary, drama and vocal training, with both recreational and competitive opportunities. What makes WCSOPA special is our community. We believe that great dance training should build more than technique. It should build confidence, creativity, friendships, teamwork and self-esteem. Students are encouraged to challenge themselves and discover their own strengths, while being part of a supportive environment where everyone has a place. We have been part of the West Carleton community for more than 25 years, and many of our families become part of the WCSOPA family for years and even generations. From a child's very first dance class to competitive training and performances on stage, we provide opportunities to learn, perform and create lasting memories.
